Start by gently rinsing the skin with warm water. Then wet the Cleansing bar to generate a rich creamy lather by using either your hands, a sea sponge, or a soft bristle facial cleansing brush. Do not expect the Bio-Rejuv Cleansing Bar to produce large bubbles. Being soap-free, the lather will be fine and creamy and luxurious.
Apply the lather in a gentle circular motion ensuring an even coverage. Do not forget to cover the neck area. Then gently squeeze portions onto your finger tips, or use a soft brush to apply.

As if painting a “T” on your face, start by applying the mask across the forehead, then down the nose, before working across the cheeks and down across the chin. Take care to leave the area immediately under the eyes uncovered. If you are applying the Mask frequently, you may choose to finish just below the jaw line.

However, periodically, you should extend the mask down to cover the neck, throat, and upper chest area.
Try not to take too long to apply the Mask, as it only needs to be left on for 6 minutes, and should NEVER be allow to dry. Note that for more intensive treatment, the Mask should be applied more frequently, rather being left on for a long duration.  After 6 minutes, rinse off with warn water over a basin or in the shower, gently using your hands, a soft sea sponge, or a soft facial cloth.
